Preparation
Combine vermouth, Campari, and gin in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, and shake. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with zest.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. can frozen limeade concentrate
- 12 oz. tequila
- 12 oz. beer
- 12 oz. cold water
- 4 oz. orange flavored liqueur – Aperol Ice, Limes, Mason jars, Straws
Preparation
In a large pitcher, mix limeade, tequila, beer, water and orange liqueur until limeade is dissolved. (Use the limeade can for measuring).
Fill jars with ice then pour cocktail mixture evenly into jars.

Lazy Mimosa
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pink sanding sugar
- 1 (750-ml) bottle brut Champagne
- 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons blood orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur (recommended: Aperol or Grand Marnier)
Preparation
Dip the rims of the champagne flutes in water. Dip again in the pink sanding sugar. Divide Champagne between 2 glasses. Add half of both juices to each glass and top with orange liqueur.

Rosy Mint Julep (A twist on the Classic)
Put your own, unique spin on the classic mint julep by mixing in your favourite flavoured simple syrup and topping with flowers or fruit.
The cranberry and rosemary-infused simple syrup adds a rich herbal and refreshing flavour.
Ingredients
- 32 ounces water
- 16 ounces sugar
- 1 pint fresh cranberries/ strawberries/ raspberries
- 10 sprigs rosemary (7-10 inches long)/ rose petals
- Bourbon (Wild Turkey/ Woodford Reserve)
- Soda & crushed ice
- Mint Leaves
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Strain the simple syrup and refrigerate in an air-tight container. Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup. Add bourbon and serve in a traditional mint julep cup over crushed ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of rosemary/ rose petals and three fresh cranberries/ strawberries/blackberries.
